Important Notice:
This position requires a 12-month refundable training security bond of INR 15,000. Please review the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your application.
Package & Details
Stipend during Training: INR 3000/- (Training duration: 3 months)
Offered Package: INR 1.8 LPA (Post training)
Work Location: Work from Home (WFH) / Work from Office (WFO)
Required Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, or equivalent
Required Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress
Initial Working – Frontend (WordPress: using HTML/CSS)
Candidate could be transferred for backend language as per project requirement in future.
Why is there a refundable training security bond?
The refundable training security bond of INR 15,000 + GST is implemented to cover training and management costs. If a candidate leaves the position without a valid reason, this amount will be forfeited as a training cost. This policy is mandatory for fresher and is designed to secure training and infrastructure costs through investments in equity and Indian bond yields. The bond amount is refundable upon completion of the training or the 12-month
bond period.
Refund Conditions:
– If a candidate is unable to meet performance parameters despite their best efforts, the full security amount of INR 15,000 will be refunded (GST is non-refundable).
The security amount is to be submitted at the time of documentation if the candidate clears the interview.
Bond Termination Conditions:
1. The bond can be terminated if the employee secures a similar position in a CMM Level 3 company, a government sector role, or faces critical health issues, in which case the full security amount will be refunded.
2. If the company terminates the position based on performance (full working time must be completed), the bond will also be terminated/Refunded.
Other Terms:
In any case if candidates payroll are being transferred for other company (Corporate partner on same or above package some of the training cost could be manipulated for management cost)
